You didn’t answer the question. The question “what is money?” clearly asks for a definition of the nature of money. Unit of account, medium of exchange and store of value are clearly all functions. You yourself stated just before that a definition “makes an exact statement or description of the nature, scope, or meaning of something”. Again, how can we know the functions of something if we do not know the nature of the very object that is supposed to possess the alleged functions? Please go back and try to answer the last question again.
