The infinite series of an infinite amount of positive elements is infinitely large. The product would be infinite. This is absurd. If production were a function of continuous time, the sum of "production fragments” within the time slots would have to “add up” and equal the product. As this is not the case, production cannot possibly be a function of time. Go back to the start.
